Work with Partners to Change Game Rules

For this activity, you will work in pairs or small groups with one or more partners. In your small groups, select a board or card game you would like to change the rules to. It may be helpful to choose a game you played during the Board Game Review activity.

In the first column, write the original rules of this game. If you are unfamiliar with the rules, review the instructions of the game.

In the second column, write the new rules your group created for the game.

After you have created new rules, each small will share the new rules to the game with everyone.
